In front of us lies the western Roman Empire and its main provinces at the time: Gallia, Germania, Hispania, Italia A. and Italia S. Each province contains 8 Roman cities. Our main mission is to conquer these Roman cities. |

To accomplish this, we need warriors, horsemen and supply wagons. |

Each of us gets 8 warriors, 8 horsemen and 10 supply wagons from the supply. |

In a three-player game, the two cities in each province with a Roman numeral III are marked with a supply wagon of the unused color. These cities are not used in the three-player game. |
